Silage Bale Wrapper Set Up

The electric silage wrapper can be fitted with a standard power lead or hard wired. No special outlets are required as it's standard 240V with a current drawer of just over 4 amps. Set up on a level, firm, indoor surface and you're good to go. The Honda powered wrapper is portable and can be used outdoors (although should not be left exposed to the rain or elements). It comes with two screw out levelling legs to keep the machine balanced.

Easy to Operate

These silage wrappers are easy to operate. Load the film onto the holder and feed through the tensioner, lay some film onto the roller bed and load on a bale. Start the machine by pressing the start button on the electric model or by engaging the clutch lever on the Honda model. The wrapping counters will ensure you've wrapped the silage bale sufficiently.

Silage Wrapper Maintenance

The Paddock mini silage wrapper is built to be low maintenance. It's understood most owners / operators will be in remote or rural areas and it's not always convenient to take equipment in for a service. The wrapper can be easily serviced by anyone with a few mechanical skills. Maintenance includes tasks such as greasing nipples, oiling chains, tensioning belts and for the Honda model the occasional oil change.
